Online Leadership Groups
The thinking and conversation of Leaders.inc, in a format that fits around busy schedules.

Over the years we’ve had many conversations with people who really value what happens inside the Leaders.inc groups.
The peer learning, the open conversations, and the chance to step away from the day-to-day and think more strategically about the business.
But we also know that committing to the full in-person programme isn’t always possible.Time, travel and budget can all make it difficult, even when the appetite to be part of the community is there.
So we’re exploring something new.
We’re planning to launch a small Leaders.inc Online Group, designed to bring together ambitious leaders who want the thinking, conversation and shared learning of the groups, but in a format that fits more easily around busy schedules.
How it will look (needs rewording, needs to me more about logistics here)

A Different Format, the Same Thinking
We still believe that being in the room together is the most powerful way to learn, and our in-person groups will always remain the heart of Leaders.inc.
But we also want to ensure that the thinking, community and peer learning behind the groups is accessible to more people — particularly those who cannot always commit to travelling to meetings throughout the year.
The online group is designed to make that possible.
